Hi, I'm a student looking for someone to takeover my tenancy, I am staying in an ensuite room in Urban Sleep Myrtle street apartments students accommodation, . My contract will end on 31st of August: * The room rent is £135 per week * The room is in a shared apartment of 3 bedrooms * private shower and private toilet, shared kitchen and living room *The location is great, only 4 minutes walk from the University of Liverpool, there's Tesco and many restaurants in the same building * The accommodation is very quite I'm just looking for a bigger private room (studio).
