Find a Housemate

Looking for a housemate | two rooms available| Smithdown area
Hi, We're two friendly girls and we have two spare rooms in a 4-bedroom house for 2025/2026. The price is 86 pounds per week if there are three of us; if there are four of us, the price drops to 74 pounds per week. There are double beds in each room. We have a washing machine, a dryer, two fridges, a microwave and a TV. The internet speed is quite good (I tested the speed in my room and it was perfect). There is one bathroom with a bath. Also, we have a garden where I've planted some flowers, so it should look very nice next year. Please let me know if you're interested, and I can send you some photos or we can arrange a viewing.
