Premium Ensuite Room at Horizon Heights, Skelhorne Street

Hi. I'm looking for a replacement tenant for my room. The contract runs until end of August 2025 and the rent £175.00 per week. It's located above the sky lounge and has a stunning view of the city. The flatmates are really nice and there is plenty of comunal spaces in the building. There is a Tesco right next to the building and a Lidl across the road.
