Tenancy Takeover Studio Flat Grand Central

Hi, I am looking for somebody to take over the tenancy of my studio flat in grand central near lime street station. The flat is available from January 06th 2025 until 30th August 2025. Can sign the tenancy transfer form directly with reception. Rent 140 per week. All bills included. Would suit an international student. Couples also accepted. Pm for more details.
