Tenancy Takeover available!

Urgently need my tenancy taken over, as I am dropping out, and no longer require it. Lovely 6 double bedroom, 2 bathroom house in smithdown. £139 per week, all bills included. There are currently 5 fabulous girls living there, and just need my room to be filled!
