urgent tenancy takeover
Hi! We have 1 bedroom available in our 4 bedroom flat in smithdown. The flat has all bills included, uncapped. Has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, ceiling speakers, and a tv in each room. All rooms have their own en-suite with a massive shower and a cleaner included every 2 weeks. The tenancy starts 1st July, moving in on the 14th, until 30/06/25 and is £139 a week. You would be living with 3 second year girls, two 19 and the other 21
