URGENCY TENANCY TAKEOVER
En-suite bedroom Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this 5 bedroom house. Needs filling asap, July and August are already paid for by me but someone can move in from 8th July until 30th June 2025. It is an en-suite bedroom, also comes with a double bed! Living room is huge and has a 50 inch telly and has a washer and dryer in the kitchen. 2 girls and 2 lads are moving in from July and needing a 5th person asap. They all love a good night out and there moving into 3rd year. £140p/w and located in Kensington Fields, L7. Very close to the university’s and a short walk from town!
