Lovely double room available in shared house
Due to parental illness, I am looking for a replacement tenant for my double room in a shared house on Jubilee Drive. The room is on the top floor of this lovely terraced house, with Velux windows and lots of light. It has an en suite bathroom. The other housemates are all very nice and very tidy (3 boys and 2 girls going in to 2nd year University of Liverpool). Rent is £140 a week - all bills included. Deposit of £250. Lease starts 1st of July.
