If you’re studying in Liverpool, Ablett House will put you right in the middle of all the action.

Though it’s a huge city from a cultural perspective, Liverpool is smaller than you might think – which is great for you because it means you’ll find your bearings and settle in really quickly. You’ll always be a short distance from anywhere else in the city that you might want to go. It’s only 10 minutes on foot to Liverpool One (the main shopping center), close to where many of the city’s coolest bars and restaurants are.
Getting to uni for your lectures and seminars will be a piece of cake too, because John Moores and the University of Liverpool are both just a 20-minute bus ride away. LJMU Campus is a 2 minute walk away and UOL a 20 minute walk. There are loads of different buses you can hop on near Ablett House – the 6, 7, 10, 10A, 14 and 14A, just to name the main ones!

Choose Your Room

Ablett House has a few options for you. All of our rooms have modern en-suites, 3/4 or full sized double beds, plenty of storage space and large study desks so you'll have everything you need to make it your own and to study like a boss. 
Want to share an apartment with a few other students? We can give you an ensuite room in a 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 bed flat. You’ll have a blast.
Prefer your own space? If so we can hook you up with a studio room, this has all the great features of an en-suite room but with a kitchenette and dining area too – which is yours and yours only! Whichever room you choose, it’ll be fully furnished and ready for you to move straight into.

What Your Rent Will Cover

It’ll cover pretty much everything. Here’s what exactly:
- Your water, gas and electric
- Your heating (have it on as often as you want!)
- High-speed broadband and Wi-Fi
- A TV in shared kitchens
- Access to the on-site laundry room (a lifesaver, believe us)
- 24-hour security
- Maintenance service whenever you need it
- Post and parcel service
All you’ll have to take care of is your food – which’ll be easy because there are countless supermarkets nearby (Tesco Express under the building and an Aldi all within a 10-minute walk).

Student Life at Ablett House

We haven't even mentioned the best bit about Ablett House yet! The team! Georgie, Antonia and Sophie are there to help you settle into life in Liverpool. We put on regular events for our students in our common room and courtyard like games nights, quiz nights, movie nights and Halloween parties. From free tea and coffee to keep you warm on the way to uni, to an on-site maintenence team to make sure everythings as it should be in your room. We've got you covered. Life at Ablett House couldn't be easier!
