Student Property Details

Heritage Court is home to 134 students every year. Our student accommodation is not the usual high-rise building, but homey townhouses.  Heritage Court was given a full refurbishment in 2022.   All of the houses are fitted with modern built in furniture and appliances.   

Imagine living in a community with 134 students with your private garden. Yes, it’s the ultimate student experience. On top of that, Heritage Court is just a short 5-minute walk to the University of Liverpool campus and a 10-minute walk to Liverpool John Moore University. We will look after you during your stay, all you need to worry about is living your best student life – make friends, learn to cook, lay-ins and late nights at the library.

We like to give you options, so you can choose from a range of rooms 22 properties giving you all of those home comforts whilst at university. Our 6-7 person townhouses allow you to enjoy the buzzing student atmosphere, with a spacious living room and kitchen, while still having your own bedroom. Our rooms come in a range of sizes and layouts, so you can find your perfect space

Our 7 bedroom homes are all private ensuite rooms.    The 6 bedroom homes each have 4 ensuite bedrooms, with the remaining 2 bedrooms sharing a spacious bathroom.
