The studios also boast wall mounted LCD flat screen TV's plus wired and wireless connectivity to the internet plus secure intercom access.

There is also a laundry room, secure bike storage, and on site concierge/ security team (not provided by L1Lettings)

Rent includes all utility bills such as electricity, heating, water and internet access, but does not include council tax or TV licence where applicable.
