Access from the road to the back yard via a side gate if you have a bike and ample on street parking if you have a car.
Great location for the main public transport links into the city, UoL and JMU although these are all within a reasonable walk/bike ride. Busses also head out to Hope University on a frequent basis. Asda and Aldi are less than 300meters from the house along with many bars, fast food take-aways and restaurants.
