This property went through extensive renovations in the summer of 2018, including installation of new light fitings, replastering and decorating of all hallways, living area, kitchen and bedrooms with a new shower installled including new tiles.  The understairs area has been knocked through to provide excellent bike/belongings storgae space.

This is an excellent student home that is clean, dry and perfectly located for the main public transport links into the city, UoL and JMU although these are all within a reasonable walk/bike ride.  Busses also head out to Hope University on a frequent basis.  Asda and Aldi are less than 300meters from the house along with many bars, fast food take-aways and restaurants. .  Each bedroom has its own lock and is furnished with  double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and office chair with plenty of space to move around in even the least large of the rooms.

Each kitchen is equiped with a washing machine, cooker / hob, microwave and  fridge freezer included and a tunmble dryer can be supplied upon request for a small additional charge to cover the cost of additional power usage.

All water, gas, electricity and Virgin Media 350Mb Broadband Internet bills are included in the rent up to a maximum limit of £2000 for the term of the tenancy (cap applies to gas and electric).

All bedrooms have lockable doors and windows with a mortice lock front door. Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detectors along with fire extinguisher and fire blanket. Access from the road to the back yard via a side gate and in-house storage if you have a bike and ample on street parking if you have a car.... no permit required.

Half rent for 8 weeks over the summer, although any repairs and decorating requirements will be performed during this period.
